The interface is remarkably intuitive. Onyx IQ excels in its feature set — particularly decision logic, Plaid, Clear reporting, credit reporting, and MoneyThumb. All integrated natively. The support team has been consistently responsive and provides effective solutions.
If Apple made a CRM for MCA, it would look like Onyx. The product off the shelf is incredible as is — and when we needed customizations, Jay and his team spent many hours to build them out exactly to our liking. They really stand behind their product and answer calls and emails almost instantly.
